松针汁对大鼠生长发育与致畸性研究

The Research of Subacute Toxicity and Teratogensis on Pine Needle Juice

用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠作为实验动物，研究了松针汁的亚急性毒性和致畸作用。结果显示，松针汁的３个剂量组（４５０ｇ／Ｌ、９０ｇ／Ｌ和４５ｇ／Ｌ）亚急性毒性实验（９０ｄ喂养实验）呈阴性结果（Ｐ＞０．０５）。松针汁３个剂量组的致畸实验（４．５ｇ／ｋｇ、０．９ｇ／ｋｇ和０．４５ｇ／ｋｇ）的所有指标与阴性对照组比较也呈阴性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本实验结果表明，松针汁对大鼠的生长发育无不良影响，也无致畸作用。

sing Wistar rate as experimental animal,the researches of subacute toxicity and teratogensis on pine needle juice (PNJ) were conducted. The results showed negative results in all indicators in subacute toxicity test in three PNL concentration group (450 g/L,90 g/L and 45 g/L,free intake for 90 days)(P>005)It demonstrated also negative results in all indexes in teragoenic test with three dose (4.5 g/kg,0.9 g/kg and 0.45 g/kg,bwt) as compared with control group (salicylic acid 200 mg/kg,bwt). These results suggested that the pine needle juice had no side effects on growth and development in rate,and had no teratogensis.
