摘要
高校教师是教育思想的实践者和教书育人的示范者。在高等学校跨越式发展中,高校教师通过各种途径和方式接受入职培训,掌握教育理论和技能,促进自身持续的发展成长是高校师资队伍建设与管理中的迫切任务。本文通过问卷调查,分析了2008年新入职教师的基本素质与思想状况,以及他们对大学教育、学校发展、自身成长的思考与憧憬。
Teachers in universities are practitioners and examples of educational ideology. Under the situ- ation of great-leap-forward development of the institutions of higher education, it is an urgent task for the young higher school teachers to get the induction training, master the teaching skills and educational the- ory. It is also an important task for the management constructioru Through a questionnaire made in 2008, this article analyzes the basic quality and thoughts of the new teachers, as well as their consideration about university education, school development, and their growth.
