摘要
该文介绍了国内近年来色谱联用技术在药物分析中的应用,包括色谱-质谱联用、色谱-核磁共振波谱联用、色谱-傅里叶变换红外光谱联用、毛细管电泳-质谱联用。由于这些联用技术在进样方式、分离模式、检测手段等方面具有独特的优越性,从而提高了分析的准确度、灵敏度和选择性,使得其成为药物分析中最强有力的工具之一。
In this paper, it is reviewed that the application of chromatography hyphenated technology in domestic pharmaceutical analysis during recent years, which including chromatography - mass spectrometry （MS）, chromatography - nuclearmagnetic reasonance （NMR）, chromatography - Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）, capillary electrophoresis/mass spectrometry （CE/MS） . These hyphenated technologies have the distinctive advantages in the aspects of sampling type, separating mode and detecting method, etc. to improve the accuracy, sensitivity and selectivity of analysis, and make chromatography hyphenated technology become one of the most powerful methods in pharmaceutical analysis with broad application prospect.
