摘要
目的观察黄芪注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将61例患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例,两组患者均予西药常规强心、利尿、扩管治疗,治疗组同时加用黄芪注射液静脉滴注,疗程14d。结果总有效率治疗组为77.42%,对照组为80.00%,两组比较差异不显著,但治疗组的显效率(41.94%)明显高于对照组(13.33%)。治疗组左室输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、二尖瓣血流输出早期流速与心房收缩期流速比(E/A)等血流动力学指标与对照组比较差异显著。结论黄芪注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效肯定,与西医常规治疗具有协同作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Astragalus Injection in treating chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 61 patients of CHF were randomly divided into two groups. 31 patients of the treatment group and 30 patients of the control group were all received routine medicine, at the same time, the treatment group was administered Astragalus Injection. The therapeutic course was two weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 77.42% and 80. 00% respectively. The obviously effective rate in both groups had significant difference. CO, CI, LVESV, LVEF and E/A between the treatment group and the control group had significant difference. Conclusion Astragalus Injection for treating CHF has affirmatively curative effect.
