摘要
往复走丝线切割机床实现多次切割是提高切割加工精度及表面质量的重要手段,也是精密传动及控制技术、脉冲电源技术、数控技术的综合应用结果。在脉冲电源参数、工作液、易损件处理、程序编制等几个方面,探讨了在往复走丝电火花线切割机床上应用二次切割技术,提高加工精度的方法。
Move back and forth run-wire WEDM is important means that improve machining precision and surface quality,it is also synthesis application result of precise transmission and control technology,the pulse of power sources,the NC technology. In the pulse power source parameter, the driving fluid, vulnerable processing, the programming and so on several aspects, discussed on methods that application two times cutting technology to improve machnining precision in the move back and forth run-wire WEDM.
