New Technique of Large CCR Platforming Process

随着国内连续重整装置的大型化,基于大型装置的连续重整技术得到日益完善。目前国内引入较多的是UOP连续重整装置新技术。从并列式反应器布置、再生烟气氯吸收(Chlorsorb)技术、冷态催化剂提升系统和闭锁料斗压力控制等方面对新技术和传统技术进行了比较,展示了新技术的优越性。

With the development of CCR techniques in the home market, the continuous catalytic reforming techniques based on large plant must be improved. UOP new designs for the large scale CCR platforming process unit are provided in this paper, including the reactor, chlorsorb and catalyst cooldown mode.
