Application of Psychological Consultation Theory in the Work of College Instructors

高校思想政治教育工作尤其是辅导员的工作在某些技术层面与心理咨询存在相似之处,相比较而言,心理咨询技术更加系统、科学、规范,辅导员工作适度引入心理咨询的理念、技术有助于增强辅导员的工作能力,提高辅导员工作的水平。重点介绍了心理咨询中关于建立良好咨询关系的理论、心理咨询过程中的部分技巧以及心理咨询中的一些理念,结合辅导员工作的特点,提出了心理咨询知识在辅导员工作中的应用。

There exist some similarities in college ideological and political education work,particularly instructors＇ work and psychological consultation.Comparatively speaking,psychological consultation is systematic,scientific,and standardized,which is sure to help strengthen instructors＇ working ability and efficiently improve the instruction work if introduced into the instructors＇ work.This paper introduces theories on the establishment of good consultation relations and some techniques as well as some notions in conducting psychological consultation.The paper also proposes the application of psychological consultation knowledge in the instruction work.
