摘要
高校教师职务聘任制度的实施,激励高校教师的积极性和主动性,有利于提高高校教师教学科研水平。但是也不能忽视高校教师职务聘任制度的推行后所引发的一些潜在问题,这些问题如果得不到足够的关注和重视,可能会影响到高校社会的稳定。针对这些潜在问题提出一些建设性对策。
The implementation of the teaching pest appointment system stimulates teachers' enthusiasm and initiative and is conducive to raising their teaching and research levels in universities. However, some potential problems caused by the appointment system should not be ignored. Inadequate attention to them may affect the stability of universities. The paper comes up with constructive countermeasures to the potential problems.
