改革开放30年来,我国的法治建设工作取得了巨大成就。回顾社会主义法治建设从起步到基本形成的历程,我们可以得出很多有益的启示。展望未来,我们必须建立完善的法律体系,从立法、司法、执法等方面大力加强法治建设。

Tremendous achievements have been made in the rule of law within the three decades since the reform and opening - up. The rule of law with Chinese charaeteristies is basically formed. Recalling the history of its construction in China, many useful lessons can be drawn. Looking ahead, a sound legal system is to be established from the perspectives of legislation, judicature and execution of laws so as to strengthen the rule of law.
