我们正处在经济体制、政治体制和文化体制改革的重大社会转型期。传统的思想政治教育教育模式逐渐暴露出泛政治化、泛灌输化、泛社会本位化的弊端,已经不能很好地适应对高校学生进行思想政治教育的需要。因此,我们要重新认识新形势下高校学生思想的新特点,积极运用以人为本的原则方法,有针对性地对高校学生进行思想政治教育,使学生能够自由全面地发展,不断创新思想政治教育的方法,使思想政治教育工作更有主动性、科学性和实效性,使学生、学校和社会和谐发展。

During the major social transition period in the aspects of the economic, political and cultural systems, there gradually appear such drawbacks as panpoliticization, panindoctrination, and pan- communitystandard in the traditional mode of ideological and political education. The mode can not well be adapted to the needs of universities＇ ideological and political education now. Therefore, it is of urgency to be aware of the new features of college students＇ ideas in the new situation, apply the people - oriented principle and carry out file ideological and political education with clear objectives, thus students being able to develop themselves freely and comprehensively. The constant development and innovation will enable the ideological and political education to be more initiative, seientitie and practical and the students, schools and the society to be harmoniously developed.
