摘要
采用随机抽样法抽取100名太原市无人售票公交车驾驶员,进行工作倦怠状况的问卷调查,结果表明:驾驶员的职业效能感保持在较高的水平,情绪衰竭达到严重程度,消极怠慢态度较为严重;不同性别、不同线路、不同学历的公交车驾驶员在工作倦怠的3个维度上无显著差异;不同驾龄的公交车驾驶员工作倦怠状况存在差异;不同婚姻状况的公交车驾驶员只在消极怠慢维度上存在差异。
100 bus drivers from several lings in Taiyuan were chosen as samples at random to investigate their job burnout by questionnaire. The results show when the drivers keep a high professional efficacy (PE) and high emotional'exhaustion (EE), their accidie is relatively serious, drivers of different sex, bus lines, and academic degrees show no obvious distinction in the three dimensions of job burnout; however, difference of job burnout does exist in the drivers of different ages and marital status.
