摘要
建立了建筑企业项目群管理实施模型,重点探讨了建筑企业项目群管理的组织体制建设、项目群中项目的选择、多项目的实施以及项目群管理绩效的评价,强调了组织层、项目群层、项目层3者之间的联系,为建筑企业实施项目群管理提供了"行动路线图"。
The implement model of construction enterprise program management has been established, which focuses on organization system building, project selection, multi-project executing and program management performance evaluation. The relationship of organization level, program level, and project level is emphasized, at the same time, which offers an action route chart for construction enterprise program management.
