摘要
采用测量法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对大学生体质进行研究,通过对比学期初和学期末身体形态、身体素质、身体机能等体质指标验证篮球、足球、健美操、武术和网球5个运动项目对大学生体质的影响,为针对性的提高大学生体质提供参考.研究发现不同项目对大学生体质具有不同的促进作用,高校教学和体育锻炼需要结合学生实际采取相对应的锻炼.
The paper studies college students' physical mathematical statistics, logical analysis. The study compares beginning fitness by means of investigation, documentation, students'body shape, function and quality at the and the end of the semester so as to find students physical fitness affected by basketball, football, aerobics, martial arts and tennis. The study indicates that different items have different affection to physical fitness. Physical exercise should choose correct item depending on students' physical fitness.
