磷酸肌酸停搏液对瓣膜置换患者心肌的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察磷酸肌酸(CP)停搏液对瓣膜置换患者心肌的保护作用。方法46例行瓣膜置换患者随机分成两组,实验组在StThomas停搏液加入10 mmol/L的磷酸肌酸,对照组用等量的StThomas停搏液。观察两组术中及术后,心脏复博情况,术后机械通气及监护室停留情况并于主动脉开放前,开放后2h,6h,48h采集患者中心静脉血检测磷酸肌酸(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)。结果实验组心脏复跳率较对照组高,术后正性肌力药用量较对照组少。结论磷酸肌酸加入停搏液中能起到心肌保护作用。 Objective To study Protective effect of exogenous phosphate creatine cardioplegia solution on myocardium in patients with mitral or aortic valve replacement (MVR or AVR). Methods 46 patients with mitral or aortic valve replacement were divided two groups, including study group and control group. The study group was treated with StThomas cardioplegia solution and phosphate ereatine and the control group was treated with StThomas cardioplegia solution. CK-MB and cTnI were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of CK-MB and cTnI before and after anaesthesia between the two groups. But the levels of CK-MB and cTnI at 6 h and 48 h after aortic declamping were significantly lower in study group than that in control group. Conclusion Exogenous phosphate creatine cardioplegia solution demonstrates protective effect on myocardium in patients with mitral or aortic valve replacement in some extent.
