摘要 目的探讨放射性核素99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像的临床价值。方法对160例肾疾患患者进行99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像,并测定双肾GFR值,将GFR值与患者血清BUN、SCr水平进行相关分析。结果160例99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像图像清晰,能较准确反映双肾血流灌注及功能状况,且GFR值与血清BUN、SCr水平呈明显的负相关。结论99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像是集形态和功能一体的核素显像,且通过测定GFR值,能较准确评价分肾功能,可早期发现肾脏受损,对肾脏疾病的诊断、疗效及预后判断较其它方法更为灵敏可靠。 Objective To investigate the clincal value of dymamic Kidney imaging with Radionuclide 99 Tcm labed DTPA. Metheods 160 patients with various Kidney disease were studied by 99Tcm-DTPA dynamic Kidney imaging, glomerular filtration rate (GFR), serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured. Results The images of 160 patients were clear, which could accurately reflect the blood infuse and functional phase of the two kidney. GFR was negatively related to the serum BUN and SCR level. Conclusions 99Tcm-DTPA dynamic Kidney imaging is valuable to show anatomic and function of kidney, which was more reliable than other methods in diagnose and curative effect of kidney diseases.
