MGMT在肿瘤发生中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 DNA甲基化是肿瘤发生的一个关键因素,是癌基因激活、抑癌基因失活的方式之一。O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA-甲基转移酶(O6-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase MGMT)是将O6-鸟嘌呤加合物从DNA上移除,对损伤的DNA进行修复的酶。当MGMT甲基化导致MGMT基因沉默,转录静止,鸟嘌呤-O6位置的甲基基团转移失败,不能有效修复DNA烷化损伤,与肿瘤发生密切相关。
