乙型肝炎病毒X基因研究现状 被引量：2

摘要 乙肝病毒(HBV)X基因编码的X蛋白(HBX)在HBV的致病性中,起着重要的作用。HBX激活信号通路,直接与转录因子作用或促进转录因子与转录元件的特异结合,调控HBV的转录。HBX作为一种反式激活因子,通过反式激活作用影响信号转导,抑制细胞DNA修复,影响细胞凋亡等导致肝细胞癌(HCC)发生。
