摘要
以除虫菊嫩叶和茎段为外植体,研究了除虫菊的诱导愈伤组织、诱导出芽、诱导生根以及移栽技术.结果表明:以培养基MS+2,4-D1.0mg/L+KT 0.8mg/L诱导愈伤组织、MS+6-BA2.0mg/l+NAA0.1mg/L诱导长芽、1/2MS+NAA0.05mg/L诱导生根,诱导效果较满意,移栽成活率达86%.
Using tender leaf and stem of Pyrethrum Cinerariifolium Trev as explants, and callus induction, buds induction, shoot induction and transplantation technique were studied. The results indicated that the optimum medium for inducing callus, buds and rooting were MS+ 2, 4- D1. 0mg/L+ KT0.8mg/L,MS+ 6 - BA2.0mg/L+ NAA0. ling/L, 1/2MS+ NAA0.05mg/L. The transplantation surviving rate was 86%.
