摘要
利用组合数论知识,给出了二进制位数函数的p次均值的精确计算公式,部分地解决了F.Smaran-dache教授所提到的第29个未解决问题.
The definition of location number function was given, the induction and conjecture were used to give two exact calculating formula Bp （N） , which plays a very important role in the number theory.
