摘要
中国已经准备好在新世纪改变经济增长方式,大力发展服务经济尤其是承接服务外包。业务流程外包作为服务外包中的主要拉动部分,给中国带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。利用SWOT模型,对中国承接业务流程外包的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了详细的分析,并提出了相应的对策。
China is ready to change the mode of economic growth in the new century, and vigorously develop the service economy, in particular to undertake outsourced services. Business process outsourcing （BPO） which is the main pulling part of the service economy has brought great opportunities and challenges to China. This article analyzes the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of China undertaking business process outsourcing by using SWOT model, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
