摘要
在社会专业化分工愈演愈烈时,人力资源出现了外包服务,并逐渐发展为一种新的管理模式。人力资源外包不仅给企业增加了竞争优势,同时也增加了风险。利用SWOT分析法,对人力资源外包自身的优势、劣势以及外部的机会、威胁进行分析,进而探讨了人力资源外包存在的风险问题,最后提出了相应的规避对策。
When division of labor in social specialization is increasing, human resources outsourcing has emerged, and be- comes a new managing model. Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) brings competitive advantage to companies as well as risk. This paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze its strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, discusses the risk in HRO, and suggests some countermeasures.
