In recent years, the enterprise cooperation network has become the universal phenomenon of the economic activities and the cooperation networ＇s forms are various, in which there is more and more investment of the specific human capital. Many enterprises have paid attention to this kind of investment. This paper, from the view of the social network embeddedness, explains the reasons and process of the formation of the specific human capital and its superiorities.
