Development and Application System Based on COM Component Technology and BS System

由于客户服务器两层结构存在灵活性差、升级困难、维护工作量大等缺陷,已较难适应当前信息技术与网络技术发展的需要。随着WEB技术的日益成熟,B rowse/Server(简称B/S)结构已成为取代客户服务器两层结构的一种全新技术,为克服其不足,在原有B/S体系结构基础上,采用一种新的体系结构,在该种结构体系中,一些需要用WEB处理的,满足大多数访问者请求的功能界面采用B/S结构,同时将组件技术应用到B/S体系结构中,以提高软件的可重性和可维护性。

This article focuses on the analysis the development of the Browser / Server system, and features and shortcomings of the application of the software. In the new system, B/S system is used to deal with the functional interfaces which need to be processed by WEB and which can meet the needs of most of the visitors. At the same time, COM component technology is used in B/S system to improve the reusability and maintainability of the software.
