摘要
"以人为本"的管理和服务理念是现代医院在激烈的医疗市场竞争中获得竞争优势的重要手段,因此,创建"以人为本"的医院文化是近年来医院建设发展的重点。文章在分析了"以人为本"医院文化的现状后,提出了三个对策,即:明确"以人为本"医院文化的内涵;加强"以人为本"医院制度文化建设;创新"以人为本"医院文化管理方式。
The “people first” idea of management and service is an important means of getting advantages for modem hospital in the intense hospital market competition. Therefore, creating “people first” hospital culture is the emphasis for hospital development in recent years. This article puts forward three countermeasures after analyzing the current situation of “people first” hospital culture: making clear the connotation of “ people first” hospital culture; strengthening the construction of hospital institutional culture of “people first” ; innovating the management mode of “people first” hospital culture.
