摘要
高职学生顶岗实习是高等职业教育实践教学体系中的重要环节,对于提高高职生的专业技能水平和职业素养意义重大。对顶岗实习进行科学设计、合理安排、精心组织、规范管理是提高顶岗实习教学效果的关键。本文分析了顶岗实习的意义及目前存在的主要问题,阐述了提高顶岗实习质量的对策。
Post practice of higher vocational and technical student plays an important role in practice teaching system, and it is great significant to improve the level of professional skills and career accomplishment. How to design post practice technically, arrange it reasonably, organize it well and manage it specifically is the key point to improve the post practice teaching effect. This essay analyzes the meaning of post practice and the main problems in present post practice as well as points out the strategy of improving the quality of post practice.
