摘要 随着我国国民经济的高速发展,人民生活水平的逐步提高,全国各大电网负荷急剧增加,电源结构和用电特性发生了重大变化,负荷峰谷差越来越大,系统调峰问题越来越严重。抽水蓄能电站利用电网中夜间低谷时的剩余电能,从下水库抽水到上水库中;而在日间电网高峰负荷时,再从上水库放水发电,在电力系统中承担着"削峰填谷"的作用。本文从抽水蓄能电站备用容量分类及效益研究角度,使用备用效益的计算方法,确定抽水蓄能电站动态效益的统一量化标准,客观公正地反映抽水蓄能电站的经济效益和社会效益;同时还要解决好抽水蓄能电站的运营管理问题,使我国的抽水蓄能电站建设步上良性发展的轨道。 With the rapid development of Chinese national economy, and gradually improvement of the people living standards, the whole country's major power grid load increases rapidly. Power consumption characters and structures have had major change. The load peak & low usage period difference is growing bigger and bigger, the load control system problem becomes more and more serious. The Pumped Storage Power Station at the time of the night, which is during the low usage period to use the remaining power, pumping from the downstream reservoir to the upstream reservoir. During the peak period in the day time, water from the upstream reservoir for power generation. It plays the ‘Balance' role between peak & low usage period in the power system. This article is to research Pumped Storage Power Station from the classification of reserve capacity and efficiency, by use of spare efficiency method of calculation, to determine the dynamic efficiency of Pumped Storage Power Station unified quantitative standard, objectively and fairly reflect the economic and social benefits of Pumped Storage Power Station; Meantime, it would also like to solve the operation problem of Pumped Storage Power Station management, so that to guide the construction of Pumped Storage Power Station on the track of healthy development.
