In order to meet the social requirements and the development of college students after their graduation, institutions of higher education should provide college students with guidance on their pro- fessional career planning, help students acquire the sense of creativity, the ability of invention and the methods to establish their own businesses, and make them get some professional skills. Career planning and social practice should be taken as the core contents and key methods of the employment education of college students, and they should be performed during all the years of college education.
