填充聚四氟乙烯性能的初步探讨

A Teatative Study on the Property of Filled PTFE

采用正文设计法，对聚四氟乙烯．石墨、铜粉和氧化铝的共混物进行配方筛选，找出影响共混物的主要性能：磨耗、比重等，并对其原因作了解释。

This paper deals with the study on the formulation of PTFE blended with graphite , Al2O3 and Cu powder by orthogonal experiment. The major factors affecting the properties , such as wear and specific gravity ,are studied , and the reasons of the effects on the properties are also explained.
