ECMO辅助下小左心室瓣膜病人血流动力学的观察及护理

Nursing of 13 patients assisted with ECMO combined with left ventricular valve surgery

目的探讨应用体外膜肺氧合技术（ECMO）辅助下小左心室瓣膜病人血流动力学的观察及护理经验。方法比较13例小左心室瓣膜病患者应用ECMO辅助前后的左心室功能和血流动力学的改变。结果ECMO辅助后左心室功能明显改善，血流动力学稳定。结论应ECMO辅助下救治小左心室的瓣膜病人能有效提高手术成功率和长期存活率。

Objective To investigate the nursing of 13 patients assisted with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation （ECMO） combined with left ventrieular valve surgery. Methods 13 patients with small left ventricular valves were fully prepared through pre - operative, intraoperative care, and the post - operative complications were treated. 5 eases of mitral valve replacement and 8 cases of valve replacement were treated under ECMO, meanwhile, 2 eases with coronary artery bypass grafting, 7 cases with tricuspid valve plasty, 3 cases with left atrial placation were practiced. Results 4 cases were dead, 9eases were successfully recovered and discharged. Conclusions Effective moniterlng could enhance the recover rate of ECMO, improve the success rate of surgery and longterm survival rate.
