象山港潮间带大型底栖动物群落受扰动状况研究

Study on disturbed status of macrobenthos communities in inter-tidal zone in Xiangshan Bay

在象山港的西沪港、乌沙山、强蛟和佛渡岛的捕南村设4条潮间带断面中低潮区共20个采样站,采集潮间带大型底栖动物样本80个。分别采取丰度/生物量比较曲线法(ABC曲线法)和物种多样性指数法分析各站大型底栖动物群落状况,以此反应断面受扰动情况。结果显示,4条潮间带环境均受到不同程度扰动。

Total 80 samples were collected from 20 stations in 4 inter-tidal zones in Xiangshan Bay in summer, winter, spring and autumn from 2006 to 2008, respectively. The pollution status of maerobenthos communities was evaluated by the abundance/biomass curve and biodiversity index. The result showed that the maerobenthos communities were all disturbed in different degree at the 4 inter-tidal zones.
