摘要
核因子KB(NF—κB)是能调节多种炎症和免疫基因表达的一种重要的转录调节因子,能与多种细胞基因启动子或增强子序列特定位点发生特异性结合而促进转录和表达,与免疫应答以及细胞的增生、转化和凋亡等重要的病理生理过程密切相关。它与抑制性蛋白IκB结合而为非活性状态。针对NF-κB活性的激活与抑制,从不同环节去寻找药物用于治疗与预防与NF-κB有关的疾病,现已成为新的研究方向。
Objective Nuclear factor NF-κB, a protein that promotes inflammation and immunological response, can induce transcription and expression of multiple cellular cytokines by sequence specifically binding to their promoter or enhancer region. Thus promotes immunological response, and has been closely correlated with certain important pathological and physical process including cell proliferation, transformation and apoptosis. It has become unactive conditon when combined with repressible protein. To aim directly at the activation and inhibition of NF-κB, peoplecan search for the drugs to cure and prevent the diseases relevant with NF-κB. thus becomes a newresearch hot-spet.
