摘要
胰腺癌发病隐匿，而且是一个早期转移、局部浸润、传统治疗不敏感的致命性疾病。建立适宜的人胰腺癌动物模型，可以为深入研究胰腺癌的发生发展、侵袭转移机制以及寻找新的治疗策略提供有效的手段。本文从理想的模型实验动物、3种不同的裸鼠移植性胰腺癌动物模型建立方法、人胰腺癌肝转移动物模型的研究进展等3个方面综述了国内外移植性胰腺癌动物模型的研究现状，并提出了不同研究目的应如何选用不同建模方法以及建立胰腺癌高肝转移模型的理论和实验进展。
Pancreatic cancer is a fatal disease with concealment onset, early metastasis, local infiltration and insensitive to traditional treatment. Establishment of a condign human pancreatic cancer model in animal can help to study carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis mechanism of pancreatic cancer,and can provide effective tools in searching new cure stratagem. This text overviewed the advancement of transplant model of pancreatic cancer in animal from three aspect ： ideal model animal; three different methods of establishment of transplant pancreatic cancer model; advancement of establishment of experimental liver metastasis model of human pancreatic cancer, we also introduced that how to select different models in different purpose of studies, the theories and experiments of establishment of experimental liver metastasis model of human pancreatic cancer.
