摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF—ET)的成功有赖于治疗环节中的许多因素,其中包括胚胎质量和子宫内膜容受性。而对子宫内膜容受性在体外受精(IVF)时的影响及如何对其进行评价并不明确,目前缺乏评价子宫内膜容受性的可靠标准,本文综述了经阴道彩色多普勒超声评价子宫内膜容受性的研究进展。 There are many factors for successful in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) ,including of embryonal quality and endometrial receptivity. However, the influence of the endometrial receptivity on IVF remained unclear. There are no reliable criteria to estimate the endometrial receptivity. This article reviewed the research progress in evaluation of endometrial receptivity by transvaginal color doppler sonography.
