冠心病室壁运动检测技术新进展

摘要 在心血管疾病的诊断中,对局部心功能的定量诊断仍是一个难题。室壁运动分析是冠心病超声检查的重要组成部分。传统的超声心动图技术评价室壁运动是主观和半定量的。随着超声技术发展,室壁运动检测新方法不断出现。在过去10年中出现的组织多普勒技术和最近的斑点追踪技术都是评价左室功能的临床和实验室新技术。这些在标准二维灰阶基础上发展起来的新技术都是客观的新方法,为研究节段性室壁运动功能提供了直观、量化的诊断依据。 The quantification of regional myocardial function remains a challenge in diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Detection of left ventricular wall motion is the most important part in diagnosis of coronary artery diseases. Traditional methods for the evaluation of left ventricular wall motion using echocardiography are subjective and only partially quantitative. The new methods of echoeardiography in detection of left ventricular wall motion are invented with the developments of new ultrasonic techniques. Over the past 10 years, Tissue Doppler imaging and more recently 2D-speckle tracking have evolved as new clinical and research tools to quantify regional myocardial function. These new methods offer substantial advantages over standard gray scale eehocardiography. These provide more direct and quantitative information in assessing left ventricular regional wall motion.
