肺炎支原体肺炎引起的多系统损伤83例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 83 Patients on Multi-system Injuries Caused by Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的总结肺炎支原体肺炎患者中有多系统损伤的临床表现及治疗。方法回顾性分析83例肺炎支原体肺炎多系统损伤的临床资料。结果83例肺炎支原体肺炎肺外表现累及心血管、消化、神经、血液等系统，还有浆膜腔积液、支气管哮喘、肾脏和皮肤疾病等表现，经抗支原体及相应的综合治疗，患者均治愈或好转。结论肺炎支原体肺炎可并发其他组织器官病变，对MP—IgM阳性患儿应该注意多系统损害。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations and treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia with multi-system injuries. Methods A total of 83 eases of mycoplasma pneumonia with multi-system injuries were collected and analyzed. Rusults Extra-pulmonary symptoms damages involving cardiovascular system, digestive system, serous fluid, nervous system, blood system, bronchial asthma, kidney, skin were found in these cases. With the anti-mycoplasma pneumoniae and appropriate comprehensive treatment, the patients were cured. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumonia can be complicated by other organs pathological changes,which needs to pay more attention to multi-system damage in positive patients of MP-IgM.
