摘要
目的探讨知母总皂苷的调脂作用机制。方法将sD大白鼠随机分成4组,正常对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组和知母总皂苷组,每组20只。以免疫组织化学法对其肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体活性(LDLR)水平进行测定。结果知母总皂苷组大白鼠肝脏切片棕色颗粒的灰度值大于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001),而与辛伐他汀组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论知母总皂苷具有明显的增强高脂血症大鼠肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体活性的作用,从而加快血中低密度脂蛋白的清除,起到调控血脂水平的作用。
Objective This study aims to explore the blood fat regulating mechanism. Methods Randomly chosen SD albino rats are put into 4 groups of 20 : the normal control group ( Group 1 ), the model group ( Group 2), the simvastatin group ( Group 3 ) and the sapogenins in anemarrhena asphodeloides bge group ( Group 4 ). The immunohistochemical method is used to assay the LDLR level of their livers. Results The gray scale of the brown particle diameter of the liver section in Group 4 exceeds that of Group 2 remarkably (P 〈 0. 001 ), while it shows no significant difference compared with that of Group 3 ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion By significantly enhancing the low-density lipoprotein receptor activity of its liver, thus speeding up the removal of low-density lipoprotein. Sapogenins in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge can work effectively in regulating the blood fat levels of a hyperlipidemia rat.
