摘要
采用植物血凝素(PHA)和秋水仙素体内注射法,以头肾为材料,空气干燥法制片,对光唇鱼(Acrossochei-lus fasciatus)的染色体进行了分析研究。结果表明,光唇鱼的二倍体染色体数目:50,核型公式:2n=14m+16sm+6st+14t,臂数(NF):80。
The metaphase chromosome of Acrossocheilus fasciatus was prepared from head-kidney by PHA and colchicine injection and air drying technique. The karyotype was analyzed. The results showed that A.fasciatus had a diploid chromosome number of 50 and the karyotype formula was 2n = 14m ＋ 16sm ＋6st ＋ 14t, NF =80.
