摘要
目的:分析桂产藿香蓟挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取藿香蓟挥发油,用GC-MS联用技术分离并鉴定其成分,并用面积归一化法测定成分的相对含量。结果:共鉴定出16个化合物,占挥发油总量的97.43%。结论:桂产藿香蓟挥发油主要化学成分是早熟素Ⅱ(43.29%)、石竹烯(24.48%)、α-毕澄茄油烯(10.18%)、倍半水芹烯(8.32%)、早熟素Ⅰ(7.77%)。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil in Ageratum conyzoides.L from Guangxi. Methods: The essential oil of Ageratum conyzoides.L, was extracted by steam distillation and the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS, and then their relative contents were determined by the area normalization method. Results: Sixteen kinds of compounds were identified, occupying 97.43% of the essential oil. Conclusions: The main chemical constituents of the essential oil in Ageratum conyzoides.L from Guangxi are 6,7- dimethoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1-Benzopyran(43.29%), Caryophyllene(24.48%),ct-Cubebene(10.18%), s-(R* ,s * )]-3-(1,5-dimethyl--4-hexenyl)-6-methylene-Cyclohexene (8.32%)and 7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1- Benzopyran ( 7.77% ).
