摘要
为减少住宅工程地下室的进水、渗漏危害,在设计方面,应加强建筑标高、防水等级设计,并按规范设置施工缝。在施工方面,应按规范进行地基处理,防水层、结构、施工缝、管道穿墙等施工,并严格控制回填土质量。
In order to reduce the harm to residence basement caused by water and seepage, building elevation and waterproof grade should be stressed and construction joint arranged according to the code in the design. Construction of foundation treatment, waterproof layer, structure, construction joint and pipe through-wall should comply with the code requirements and earth backfill quality should be controlled strictly.
