摘要
十堰体育场屋盖斜拉网壳结构中斜拉索施工中,根据试张拉实验总结了一束索内7根钢绞线先后张拉导致的预拉力损失,用张力松弛法计算后张拉的各束索对先张拉的各束索张力值的影响,并考虑锚固和松弛损失确定了索的施工张力值,然后按次序可实现一次张拉到位。工程监测结果表明该施工方法可以简化施工过程,提高施工速度,保证工程精度,节约成本,可为类似工程提供参考。
Construction of stayed cable is a key technical issue during construction of cable-stayed space structure with large span. This paper researches cable construction scheme of cable-stayed net shell structure roof of Shiyan Stadium. It is summarized through stretching test that pretension loss may be caused if seven pieces of cables in a bunch are stretched separately, that influence of post-tensioned cable bunch on pre- tensioned cable bunch is calculated according to tension relaxation method, that construction tension of cable is determined through consideration of anchorage and relaxation losses, and that one-off tension construction may be realized in sequences accordingly. Engineering supervision results indicate that such construction method may simplify provide construction procedures, accelerate construction speed, guarantee engineering precision, save cost and references for similar projects.
