摘要
热轧Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级钢筋是目前建筑中常用钢筋,通过对三种钢筋在一定恒定应力作用下经受高温、冷却作用后的力学试验,分析了各种钢筋在不同的应力状态下经历不同最高历史温度(400℃~600℃范围内)后钢筋的变形性能,给出了相关的计算公式,分析了各种不同情况下三种钢筋的变形差异。
Hot-rolled steels of grades Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ are often used in building at present. Deformation performances of different grades after exposure at different maximum historical temperature (within 400℃ and 600℃) under different stress states are analyzed according to mechanical tests of these three kinds of steels under constant stress after high temperature and cooling effect. Relevant calculation formulas are provided, and deformation difference of these three grades of steels under different conditions are analyzed.
