应用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术对宋内氏志贺菌引起食物中毒的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对一起细菌性痢疾暴发分离株进行分析,了解分离株之间的遗传相关性,追溯传染源。方法对该起食物中毒中分离出的62株宋内氏志贺菌,用XbaI酶切进行PFGE分子分型,结果用BioNumerics软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析,观察引起食物中毒的菌株是否为同源株。结果64株测试菌用XbaI酶切后产生7个PFGE带型,其中从病人分离45株和生肉分离1株带型完全相同,占分析菌株的70.31%。且流行病学资料显示有相关性,推测此食物为感染的主要来源之一;另外有病人分离11株带型完全相同,占分析菌株的17.19%,可能为感染的第二来源。结论食用未加工熟的猪肉菜肴是引发此次细菌性痢疾暴发的主要来源。
