知识经济时代已经来临,各种各样的信息充斥着人们的视野,在纷繁复杂的信息世界里,如何才能成为有效的学习者、哪些因素影响了知识的获取以及如何提高获取知识的能力等问题成为关注的焦点。本文以心理学的视角来分析知识获取的过程,影响知识获取的因素,并从心理素质培养角度论述了如何提升青少年的知识获取能力。

The era of knowledge economy has arrived, a wide range of information filled with people of vision, in the eompfieated world of information, how can we become effective learners, and what factors affected the knowledge acquisition and other issues become the focus of attention. This article stated the concept of knowledge, type and the theory of knowledge acquisition to expound the influence of psychological factors which played a great role in knowledge acquisition.
