离子注射法选育利福霉素菌种与发酵条件优化

摘要 通过20 keV氮离子注入利福霉素生产菌筛选到1株产量比初发菌株提高20.41%的高产菌株,并命名为zrnm2164。8次传代实验表明,该菌株遗传稳定性较好。对其培养基的碳源、氮源及发酵温度等进行初步优化,最终确定玉米淀粉糖化液为碳源、蛋白粉为氮源,实验得出28℃为最佳工艺温度。 With 20 keV nitrogen ion injected in rifamycin strain, we can screen a strain whose capability of production is 20.41% greater than the original one, defined as "zrnm2164". After the eight generation examinations, the strain is still stable. The fermentation conditions have been improved, including the components of medium (such as carbon and nitrogen source) and fermentation temperature. Finally, we have determined the sugar solution of cornstarch as carbon source, the protein powder as nitrogen source and the most appropriate temperature of 28 ℃.
