液体除湿再生性能的理论与实验差异性分析 被引量:4

摘要 以实际液体除湿空调系统为对象,进行了数值模拟和实验对比研究,结果表明,实验值和模拟值有相同的变化趋势;在诸多的入口参数中,溶液的温度、浓度以及空气含湿量对再生溶液浓度变化影响较大;溶液出口温度的实验值偏小于理论值,浓度变化的实验值偏大于理论值。重点分析了理论数据和实验数据产生差异的原因。 Taking an actual liquid desiccant air conditioning system as the object, makes comparative study between numerical simulation and experiment, and the results show that the experiment value and the calculating value present similar variation trends; among all inlet parameters, solution temperature, concentration and air humidity ratio have greater affection on the regenerated solution concentration; the experimental value of solution outlet temperature is lower than theoretical value, while the experimental concentration change value is higher than theoretical value. Analyses the causes for the difference between theoretical data and experimental data.
