六对羧基苯氧基环三磷腈的合成及其热性能 被引量:14

摘要 采用两步法合成了六对羧基苯氧基环三磷腈(HCPCP)。以六氯环三磷腈和对羟基苯甲醛为原料,利用亲核取代反应制得六对醛基苯氧基环三磷腈(HAPCP),再用KMnO4氧化法合成HCPCP。通过红外光谱仪、高效液相色谱仪、核磁共振仪及元素分析确证了产物的结构;用TGA和DSC测试技术对其热性能进行分析。结果表明,HCPCP对ABS树脂有良好的阻燃作用,添加量30%时,阻燃ABS树脂氧指数提高至25%。 Hexa[p-(carboxyl) phenoxy] cyclotriphosphazene(HCPCP) was synthesized via two steps. Firstly, hexa[p-(aldehyde) phenoxy ] cyclotriphosphazene (HAPCP) was obtained via a nucleophilic substitution of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde. Then HCPCP was synthesized via potassium permanganate oxidation and characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR), high performance liquid chromogra- phy(HPLC), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and elemental analysis. Thermal properties of the macromolecule were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). With the addition of 30% HCPCP, the limiting oxygen index(LOI) of ABS was increased to 25%
