摘要
统计分析表明,电气控制和工艺原因是引起断带的主要因素,其次为起车、来料缺陷和操作等原因造成的断带。通过相应采取控制原料质量、改进圆盘剪工艺参数、优化轧制模型、修改GCS和起车控制方式等改进措施,使双机架冷轧机断带事故发生率降低了65%以上。
Statistical analysis showed that electric control and process cause were the main factors caused strip break, secondly, startup, the defects of incoming material and operation etc. By adopting corresponding improvement measures such as controlling the quality of incoming material, improving process parameters of the circular shears, optimizing rolling model and perfecting GCS and starting control mode, the strip break accident rate was reduced by 65 percent above.
