摘要 研究了冷轧和退火条件对高强IF钢性能的影响,结果发现,无论在何种退火条件下,增加冷轧压下率有利于深冲性能的提高,提高退火温度对高强IF钢的深冲性能有利。虽然随着退火时间的延长,EI、n值和r值提高,但是一味地延长退火时间对r值的提高作用不明显。 The effects of cold-rolled and annealing conditions on the high-strength IF steel were studied. The results showed that whatever the annealing conditions, an increase of cold-rolled reduction rate was conducive to the improvement of deep-drawing property, and an increase of the annealing temperature was favorable of deep drawing property. Although with the annealing time passing, EI, n-value and r-values were to increase, but only to extend the annealing time was to the improvement of the role of little r-value.
