摘要 借助光学显微镜、电子探针等分析测试手段,对1Cr18Ni9不锈钢焊接换热器罐体在运行过程中产生的裂纹形态、裂纹区及其附近的组织、成分等进行了分析,从化学成分、工艺因素等方面对裂纹的产生和扩展进行了研究。结果表明,焊接时产生的微小HAZ热裂纹是宏观开裂的裂纹源,该裂纹源在应力作用下逐渐扩展、开裂并发展成宏观裂纹。母材中的夹杂物是产生热裂纹的主要原因。 It were analyzed that the shape of crack, microstructure and chemical composition in cracking region and nearby for 1Cr18Ni9 welding tank that was in movement with optical microscope, electron microprobe analysis test tools, etc. The influence of chemical composition and technological factors on the emergence and expansion of cracks were studied. The result showed that small heat crack in HAZ was crack source. It was developed and cracks gradually, and become macroscopic crack. The main reason of producing heat crack is the inclusion in based material.
