Effects of Enhanced Ultraviolet-B Radiation on Main Economical Character of R-line Thermal Stability of 'Three-line' Hybrid Rice

摘要 在盆栽条件下,研究了UV-B辐射增强对三系杂交稻恢复系主要经济性状的影响。结果表明:在UV-B辐射增强下,三系杂交水稻恢复系的株高、穗着粒数、千粒重均极显著地下降,穗实粒数显著地下降;但对单株有效穗、穗长、结实率等性状的影响不显著。同时不同材料在UV-B辐射增强下主要经济性状指标的变化存在差异。 Effects of enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation (280 -320 nm) on the main economical character of the R-line thermal stability of the Three-line'hybrid rice under pot condition were investigated. The results showed that, under the enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation, the height of the plant, No. of grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight very significantly decreased, and No. of grains per panicle significantly decreased, but the diversification of effective panicle, panicle length and seed setting rate was not significantly observed. At the same time, under the enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation, the variation of main economical characters in the different materials was different.
